David J. Iannetti has gained over 25 years of experience practicing law since he first articled with the firm that would become Ryan Iannetti Law Office Inc. Over the course of his career he has become a very capable litigator and gained experience in a wide range of areas of law.
David has extensive experience conducting trials before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Provincial Court, and has argued before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board and Canada Pension Appeal Board.
Mr. Iannetti has been prosecuting Federal offences in the CBRM since his appointment as an Agent of the Federal Crown in 1994. He has successfully prosecuted matters under the Controlled Drugs & Substances Act, Fisheries Act, Income Tax Act, Excise Act, Employment Insurance Act, National Parks Act, and Radio and Telecommunications Act.
